Ralph White

SHELBY: Ralph White, 82, died Thursday, October 20, 2022 at his home. A native of Cleveland County, he was the son of the late James and Sallie Mullinax White. Ralph retired from Doran Textiles and enjoyed gardening and working in his yard. He was a Braves fan and loved spending time with his grandsons. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Roy White. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Margie Parker White of the home; son, Marty White and wife Robin of Belmont; sisters, Ruth Parker of Cottonwood, CA, Thelma Davis of Shelby, and Joann Lowery and Emma Summitt of Shelby; grandsons, Alec White and wife Catherine and Ethan White and wife Allison; and sister-in-law, Meria White of Kings Mountain. A graveside service will be held 3:00pm, Sunday, October 23, 2022 in Patterson Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Steve Waters officiating. Memorials may be made to Patterson Springs Baptist Church.
