Ralph Patrick Winters

Ralph Patrick Winters was born September 21, 1967 to Alva and Edrie Winters in Denver, Colorado. Joining his siblings: Cid, Patty, Barbara "Bobbie" and Dee, making him number 5. He grew up in Denver and later moved to Kansas after his parents moved to Hill City in the 1990's. He was employed at the local grocery store and then worked at Walmart in Hays. He never married but had a longtime friend Sherry and he followed her to LaCrosse, Kansas.

He was an avid Bronco fan, going to the games or cheering them on by the TV. He truly enjoyed the Denver team and could give you so many facts about them, one would think he worked for the team. He loved his pets and called them his kids.

His family meant the world to him. He called his dad daily to check in and visit. Dad looked forward to hearing from him. Ralph had many struggles in life but kept trying to move forward.

An Informal Gathering of Remembrance will be held Friday, February 13, 2026, at Stinemetz Funeral Home. 522 N. Pomeroy, Hill City, Kansas, at 2:00 P.M.
