On March 23, 2025, Rambaran "Ram" Samsoondar, beloved husband of 56 years, to Merlin Samsoondar (nee Seerattan); devoted father of Sonja, Chantal, Sarah, and Sudha; loving grandfather of Jai; cherished brother of Monica, Leelawattee, Chaitwanttee, Bhagwattee, Nandrani, Kowshilla, Madan, Hemraj, Shantie, Winston, and Norman; dear nephew in law of Dr. Hollis Seunarine; uncle of Nial, Aleem, Stephen, Anushka, Kate, Roscanne, Daryl, and many more; brother in law of Roslyn, MIchael, Johnny, Robert and Camillee; in law of Seunarine's and Ghouralal family; relative of Mathew and Kay Alloth, Kowlee Gopie, Jagan and Molly Thupari; cousin and cousin in law to many; extended family and friends: Keith and Annmarie, Bill and Angela, Arthur and Annisa, Henry and Shirl, Carolyn, Kim; son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Samsoodar Maharaj; son in law of the late Stephen and Ivy Seeratten.
A visitation will be held at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Rd. (beltway exit 26), on Thursday, April 10th, from 9:30 to 10:15 AM, at which time a Funeral Service will begin.
