Randa Leann Webb

Randa Leann Webb, 18, of Weaverville, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2026. She was a lifelong resident of Buncombe County and the daughter of Randy Franklin Webb and Cynthia Annette Harwood Webb.

Randa is preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Dorothy Maynor, maternal grandfather, Charles Harwood, paternal grandfather, Thomas Webb, and an aunt, Peggy Webb.

Randa was a student at TC Roberson High School in the PEP Program, where she was loved by everyone.

In addition to her parents, Randa is survived by her sister, Tasha Webb (Cameron McLean), brother, Waylon Webb (Sarah); maternal grandmother, Joann Harwood; aunts, Mary Moreno (Inocencio), Tammy Penrod (Rick), Roberta Lynn Webb, and Faye Yont; uncles, Reggie Webb, and Henry and Jeffrey Harwood; nieces, Lita and Ziva Webb, and a nephew, Chase McLean; step-dad, Bill Kohler; step nieces and nephew, Jess, Bri and Ryan; several cousins; and her favorite heroes, Kenny Shelton, Shane Hensley, Ino Moreno, Maria Landaverde, Roger Roberts, Donna Edwards, Amy & Bobby, Lita Webb, and James Crabtree.

A funeral service will be held at 1pm on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Blue Ridge Funeral & Cremation Service. Reverends Don Fox and Tony Shelton will officiate.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
