He was born to Betty (Berry) Lewis and the late J.R. Tracer on October 29, 1956 in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
Randy was preceded in death by his wife: Mary Ann Tracer, father: J.R. Tracer, brother: Daniel Tracer and sister: Molly Tracer Allison.
Randy is survived by mother: Betty Tracer Lewis of Rector, one brother: Jason Tracer (Cindy) of Paragould, sister: April Tracer Smith, nephews: Brad Smith and children: Brayden Amerson and Kayleigh Smith, Blake Smith and niece: Cheyenne Ellis Dinkins and daughter: Khloe Dinkins, Kira Jade Tracer, sister-in-law: Susan Tracer and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 7, 2023 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. and the service will begin at 11:00 at the Irby-Mitchell Funeral Home in Rector. Brother David Richey and Brother Kenny Townsley will be speaking at the service. Interment will be at the Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector.
Family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the First Baptist Church in Rector and the Rector Food Bank.
