Randall Lee "Randy" Hagen

Randall "Randy" Lee Hagen, age 63, passed away on August 21, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Daniel Funeral Home, St. Cloud.

Randy was born in St. Cloud, Minnesota, where he spent most of his life. Though his journey took him to many places over the years, St. Cloud was always home.

A true jack-of-all-trades, Randy lived a life full of motion and purpose. Over the years, he owned and operated a mortgage company, managed apartment complexes, and worked as an electrician. More than any title or job, he was a busy-body in the best sense of the word-always lending a hand, tinkering on a project, or helping someone else with theirs.

Outside of work, Randy found joy in simple pleasures: playing fetch and swimming with his beloved dog Rahja, long-running cribbage battles with Murph and his buddies, sharing stories with the Sanvik family, hunting with Rahja and buddies out on the land, and dreaming up whatever project came next.

Randy is survived by his siblings Maria Jondahl (her partner Paul Jokinen), and Jim (Cheryl) Hagen; children, RaeAnn (Nick) Byram, Mitchell (Emily) Hagen, Myles (Tatum) Hagen; grandchildren Una, Benito, Bix, Gisella, and Lennon; nieces & nephews, Matthew, Rachel, Dakotah, Taylor (god-child), and Carter. He is also remembered with love by another god-child Searlait Sanvik, her sisters Fianna and Kadie, and many more relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Blanche (Gill) and Gary.

Randy's sharp mind, stubborn spirit, and generous heart left an impact that won't be forgotten. He was always thinking, always moving, and always ready with a helping hand-often with a joke or story. He helped shape the lives of many people – likely none more so than his three children, who have countless fond memories from their childhoods with their dad's energy, passion, and iconic tracksuits often at the center.
