Randall was born in Monterey, CA in 1952 to Thomas and Dahlia King. Randall married Linda Thompson in Fort Walton Beach, FL in 1978.
Randall served in the United States Air Force and continued with civil service work after discharge.
Randall is survived by his wife Linda King, daughter Courtney King, sisters, Kathy Richardson, Enterprise, AL; Tomi Maruna (Bob), Cincinnati, OH; father-in-law George Dixon (Pam), Houston TX; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Randall is preceded in death by his father Thomas Joseph King, mother Dahlia King, sisters Pamela Rubino and Sandra Gearheart, brother Stephen William King, and mother-in-law Meiko Dixon.
