Randall "Randy" SCHEIDEMAN

1958 - 2025

A beautiful day in the rolling hills of the Palouse, Randall Scott Scheideman was born on May 24, 1958, in Colfax, WA.

To have known Randy was to have experienced genuine kindness, unwavering loyalty, and an unmistakable joy for life. He had an extraordinary ability to connect with others-whether striking up a conversation with a stranger or sharing a laugh with an old friend, Randy made everyone feel seen, heard, and valued. He was the kind of friend you didn't realize you needed until he was already part of your world.

Randy possessed a rare charm and warmth that left a lasting impression. Though he easily welcomed new people into his life, he deeply cherished his longtime friendships. During his #toetribe season, the constant flow of messages, visits, and support he received reflected just how profoundly he was loved in return. His sense of humor was unmatched, and his quick wit and unforgettable one-liners will be missed by all who knew him.

Beyond his vibrant personality, Randy led a life defined by quiet generosity and thoughtful gestures. Whether helping a neighbor or offering support to someone in need, he believed in showing up for others-without expectation or recognition.

Randy was a devoted husband, a loving and proud father known affectionately as "Daddio," and a deeply cherished grandfather to his beloved grandson, Jackson Randall-whom he fondly referred to as "Junior." His family was the center of his world, and his love for them was steadfast, joyful, and deeply felt.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Ernie (Westphall) Scheideman. It brings comfort to imagine them reunited, perhaps sharing a familiar toast and catching up on laughter long overdue.

We will honor Randy's remarkable life in a way that reflects his spirit-through shared stories, fond memories, and time spent together. A celebration of life will be held on April 26, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, at Northern Quest Casino RV Resort (303 S. Kalispel Way, Airway Heights, WA 99001). All are welcome to join us in raising a glass to remember a man who made the world a brighter, kinder, and way more fun place.

Randy will remain forever in our hearts, and his legacy of kindness and joy will continue to inspire us all.
