Randell Jay "Randy" Carr, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2025, in his hometown of Flint, Michigan. Born on April 9, 1950, to Claude and Inette (Haywood) Carr, Randy's life was one marked by love, service, and an unquenchable zest for life.

Randy's Christian faith was a cornerstone of his life, guiding him in his actions and providing comfort and strength throughout his journey. He was a proud member of the VFW, Fenton Post, and his interests were as varied as they were passionate. An avid Harley Davidson bike rider since the age of 16, Randy's love for the open road was matched only by his love for sports. Whether golfing, playing darts, softball, or simply cheering from the sidelines, he embraced every opportunity to be active and engaged.
His love for the water was evident to all who joined him on his boat, where he created countless memories with family and friends. Randy's property in Honor, Michigan, was a haven for camping, campfires, and good times-a place where stories were shared, and bonds were strengthened. His love for music and dancing, was infectious, and he was known for his ability to light up any dance floor.
Randy's passion for classic cars was more than a hobby; it was a way of life. His time spent working on cars, attending car shows, and engaging with fellow enthusiasts brought him immense joy. His social nature meant he was always surrounded by people, and his presence was a source of comfort and happiness to those around him.
Described by those who knew him as loving, adventurous, and faith-filled, Randy's impact on the world was as profound as it was positive. He will be remembered not only for the life he led but also for the countless lives he touched with his generosity, his spirit, and his unwavering love.
