It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Randi Christine Howery, 41, of Eastland, Texas, who departed this life on January 2, 2025. Born on October 14, 1983, Randi grew up in Cisco, Texas, where she created memories that would last a lifetime.
Randi is survived by her loving husband, Jason Shelton, and her cherished children: Khrisi Howery, Jayson Dunn, and Adrianna McKee and her husband, Steven. She is also survived by her sister, Kassie Locker and husband, Walter; two brothers, Chris Howery and wife, Lisa, and Alex Ellenburg and wife, Serena; her devoted step-mother, Reana Howery; her beloved grandparents, Jerry and Jeanne Howery; and numerous nieces and nephews whom she adored.
Randi was preceded in death by her parents, Randy Howery and Mary Barnes, as well as her grandparents, Margie Howery, Patsy Baker, and Louise and Harvey Singleton, and her aunt, Joanne Clifton.
Randi was a vibrant spirit known for her love of life, art, and family. She enjoyed coloring, restoring old furniture, and was an avid couponer who loved to shop. Most importantly, Randi cherished spending time with her children and family, sharing laughter through her jokes. She was also known for singing her heart out at every opportunity. Her faith was an integral part of her life, as she attended Hallmark Baptist Church in Fort Worth.
Funeral services for Randi will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Eastland, with Rev. Raymond Hamrick officiating. Interment to follow at Corinth Cemetery. A visitation will be held Wednesday, January 8, 2025, from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will include Jason Shelton, Chris Howery, Alex Ellenburg, Jayson Dunn, Aydin Howery, and Joe Moreno.
Randi Christine Howery will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
