Randolph L. Rohrbaugh, 75, of Norwalk, Connecticut passed away on January 30, 2026.Randy was born in Somerset County, Pennsylvania to Donald and Treva Rohrbaugh, was a member of the Gettysburg High School Class of 1968 and a 1972 graduate of Penn State University. Randy was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of nearly 25 years, Guo Harrison, brothers Donald Rohrbaugh, II and wife Gayle, Rick Rohrbaugh and wife Kathy, son Randy Rohrbaugh and wife Karen, grandsons Grayson Hess and Logan Rohrbaugh, niece Lesley Rohrbaugh and nephews Donald Rohrbaugh III and Robert Rohrbaugh. Randy worked in the insurance industry, starting at USF&G in 1972 and retiring as Executive Deputy Insurance Commissioner of the Pennsylvania Insurance Department in 2015.In his free time, Randy spent years depleting the trout population in York and Adams Counties, achieving a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, exploring the waters of the Chesapeake Bay on his boat, traveling, scuba diving, and woodworking. No service will be held. As a gesture to Randy’s memory, the family ask you to enjoy a good Scotch, smoke a cigar, go fishing, or tell a funny Randy story on April 5th, what would have been his 76th birthday.
