Randy Scott Gantzer, 61, of Bridgman passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 20, 2025 at his home.
A memorial service will be held 6 PM Monday, July 28, 2025 at Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy., Bridgman, MI 49106. Friends may meet with the family from 4-6 PM on Monday, prior to the service. Final resting place will be in Graceland Cemetery, Bridgman. Memorial contributions may be given to The Bread of Life Food Pantry, 3903 Lake Street, Bridgman MI 49106. Online condolences accepted at www.PikeFH.com.
Randy was born on November 24, 1963 in Coldwater, MI the son of Donald and LaVonne (Shepard) Gantzer. Randy was a huge sports fan, and lived the University of Michigan, the Detroit Red Wings and the Detroit Lions. He enjoyed playing darts, euchre and bowling. He loved rock music and going to concerts. Randy spent his career at the DC Cook Nuclear Plant.
Survivors include his daughter, Arielle Gantzer; grandson, Anthony Franklin; mother, LaVonne Gantzer; sister, Jackie (Angelo) LaMantia; brother, Jeff (Heather) Gantzer; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Randy was preceded in death by his father, Donald Gantzer, in 2016.
Arrangements are entrusted to Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, The Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy., Bridgman.
