Cody Randal "Randy" Jeter was born June 5, 1960 in Okemah, Oklahoma to Cody and Geraldine (Johnson) Jeter. He passed away Thursday, May 22, 205 at his home in Okemah at the age of 64.
Randy was a lifelong resident of Okemah and a 1978 graduate of Okemah High School where he played football and baseball and was a teammate on the football state championship team. He later received a bachelor's degree from East Central University. Randy worked many years with Wal Mart and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his sister, Judy Reeves and husband Charley of Okemah; nephews, Christopher and Zachary Reeves and great niece and nephews, Ava, Jaxon and Dakota.
Services will be under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home, Okemah, Oklahoma and officiated Tara Reeves.
