Randy E. Kipp

Randy E. Kipp, 54, of Owego, New York, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2026, with his life partner, Maureen and his daughter, Kaitlyn, by his side following a 21/2 year battle with Glioblastoma. Randy was predeceased by his father, Richard Kipp, Sr., and his son, Randy Kipp, Jr. He is survived by his fiancée, Maureen Wolcott; his children, Andrew Kipp, Christopher Kipp, Kaitlyn Kipp and Kyle Petro, Aaron Kipp; two grandsons, Oliver James Nixon, Christian Kipp; his mother, Linda Kipp; sister, Lisa Wagner; three brothers, Rick Kipp, James Kipp, Brian Kipp; his kitty kids, Pixie, Trixie, Peanut and Oliva (who ruled the World around him); several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Randy worked as an industrial painter with Triple Cities Metal Finishing. He will be remembered for his love of music and guitar playing. He was a fan of Ozzy Osborn and enjoyed lighthouses. His greatest joy was times spent with Maureen and his family. A special Thank You to Kaitlyn, Brian, Michelle and Karen for all their love and care for Randy. Private services will be held at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home.
