Randy and I met when we were both young insurance agents. We shared an office together along with Tim Cushman as independent agents. We shared many happy, fun times as well as a shared interest in spiritual truths. He was always positive and upbeat. A great friend to me. I will miss him but I know I will see him again in glory!

Vicki and family..we are so very sorry to hear of Randy’s passing. He was such a great guy and I’m sure he had his family waiting to welcome him home! He’s probably dancing on streets of gold and running around greeting people, making friends!
We’re sending our love and deep sympathy.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Randy about 3 years ago in Sioux Falls. We work together for a Natural stone company based in Rapid City.
He was a fantastic individual and we got to be friends and stayed friends even when I moved away from South Dakota.
There's no doubt in my mind he is in a better place now.
I will miss him.....

Randy was good on TV, too! LOL
He came across nicely on the old company promos! A consummate PRO, he had some big people skills.
I met Randy at Whittier in the 70’s, and we did some business 30 years later. As adults, it was good talking with him, alotta folks we both knew.
Randy honored a product warranty for us in the last month of a transferred 20 year guarantee. Not only the part we needed, but the whole glass entry door. How about that?
A good guy, we’ll miss him

Randy Martin Neve
June 9, 1961 – January 29, 2026
With heavy hearts and deep love, we announce the passing of Randy Martin Neve, who went home to be with the Lord on January 29, 2026, at the age of 64. Though our hearts are shattered by his absence, we rejoice knowing he is now healed, whole, and in the presence of the Savior he loved so dearly.
A funeral service for Randy will take place at Life Change Church, 6300 W 41st St. Sioux Falls, SD 57106, Friday, February 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Family will be present for visitation at Heritage Funeral Home on Thursday, February 5, 2026, from 4:00- 6:00 p.m.
Randy was born on June 9, 1961, to Jerry and Nancy Neve. From an early age, he carried a spark of determination, humor, and warmth that would come to define his life. He grew into a man who never met a stranger and who had a way of making everyone feel like family. His life was marked by hard work, laughter, and an unshakable faith that anchored him through every season.
On June 19, 1982, Randy married the love of his life, Vicki Royston. Together they built a beautiful marriage and a legacy of devotion that spanned decades. Their love story was one of partnership, faith, and unwavering commitment. Randy was a proud and devoted husband and father to their three sons: Jerran Neve and his wife Jolynn, Tyler Neve and his wife Elizabeth, and Sam Neve. His family grew to include eight amazing grandchildren who brought endless joy, laughter, and pride into his life. Being “Dad” and “Grandpa” was his greatest earthly honor, and he cherished every moment spent with them.
Above all else, Randy’s greatest love was the Lord. His faith wasn’t just something he talked about — it was something he lived out daily. He faithfully attended church at New Beginnings Faith Church, served as an usher with a welcoming smile, and rarely missed a Saturday morning prayer meeting. He believed deeply in the power of prayer and the promises of God. Randy’s faith was bold, contagious, and steadfast. He trusted God fully and encouraged others to do the same, always pointing people back to hope and truth.
Professionally, Randy worked as a salesman, and anyone who knew him would say he could “sell you your own T-shirt.” Over 25 years he faithfully worked at ABC Seamless. He absolutely loved his work. His gift for conversation, quick wit, and genuine interest in people made him exceptional at what he did. But more than making sales, he made connections. He had a natural way of turning strangers into friends within minutes.
Randy also had a passion for martial arts, especially karate and taekwondo. He proudly earned the title of the youngest third-degree black belt in the state — an accomplishment he carried with great pride. His discipline, strength, and perseverance showed not only in sports but in the way he approached life. He also loved to sing — loudly and joyfully — even if the lyrics weren’t quite right. His family will forever smile at the memory of his enthusiastic, slightly off-key songs filling the room.
Yet what most people will remember about Randy wasn’t what he achieved — it was how he made them feel. He was known for his boundless optimism and unwavering encouragement. No matter what life threw at someone, Randy believed that God could turn it for good. If you shared a burden with him, he didn’t just listen — he stood with you, spoke truth, and believed alongside you for better days. His faith was big, his heart was bigger, and giving up simply wasn’t in his nature.
Randy is survived by his beloved wife, Vicki Neve, and sons, Jerran (Jolynn) Neve, Tyler (Elizabeth) Neve and Sam Neve, all of Sioux Falls; eight cherished grandchildren: Isaiah (Jocelyn), Taylor, Kallie, Abbe, Ashton, Alexis, Emma, Jairus, and Jericho; siblings, Shona (Brian) Thompson, Russell Berlin and Zack (Janessa) Neve, all of Sioux Falls; mother-in-law Carol Royston of Mitchell; siblings-in-law: Mike (Denise) Royston of Mitchell, Shane Royston of Dimock, Tammy (Mike) Morgan of Mitchell and Travis Royston of Mitchell; and many extended family members and dear friends who were blessed to know and love him.
He was preceded in death by his father Jerry, his mother Nancy, and his sisters: Shannon, Shantai, Jasmine, and Jade, his father-in-law Michael Royston, and sister-in-law Dawn Anderson, and nephew Zach Morgan.
Though we grieve deeply, we take comfort knowing that Randy is now fully healed and at peace, singing praises with perfect lyrics in heaven. His legacy of faith, love, strength, and joy will live on in every life he touched. He taught us how to trust God, how to love big, and how to keep believing for the best — no matter what.
He will be greatly missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.”
