Debbie Mays CCSO 911/police Dispatcher. Randy would come over to our office and he was friendly, kind, and joyful to be around.
Randy always had a big Smile on his face! Even if he handled a bad juvenile situation.
By the time he left his Smile lit up his face again. RIP Randy.
So sorry family for your loss.

There are so many memories I could share, but ultimately. I remember Randy always treating me like one of his family. Something I will always remember and appreciate. Right now I am sure the TPD members in heaven are having an incredible reunion. My Dad, Kevin, Dale, Rick, and now Randy. Those are just a few of the people from my childhood that I will treasure. Rest easy Randy. You are fondly remembered and still treasured for caring.

Randy was one of the first people I met back in 1977, when I moved to Taylorville, we all lived in the same apt complex. He will be missed.
