Randy Prichard Obituary

Randy Prichard
Jacksonville - Randy Garnett Prichard, 73 of Jacksonville, passed away March 14, 2026, at Prairie Village Healthcare Center. He was born July 13, 1952, in Canyon, Texas the son of Ira and Melbra (Stroupe) Prichard. He married Laura Tobin on January 13, 1996, and she survives.
He is also survived by two sons, Joshua (Kelly) Prichard of Jacksonville and Ronnie (Vanessa) Cooke of Texas; four grandchildren, Damien Prichard, Olivia (Bryce Atchison) Birdsell, Kailynn Birdsell, and Marleigh Birdsell; one great grandchild, Kyson Birdsell; two siblings, Gary (Debbie) Prichard and Linda (Tommy) Thompson; several special nieces and nephews, Hailey, Brennen, Kira Brown, Adrianna and AJ Werries, and Peyton Rattler, and a great-great nephew, Ontavious Overton . He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Mark Prichard.
Randy worked as an iron worker all across the country. Some of his work stands around Jacksonville from his time working for J & K Awning like the awning at Jacksonville Public Library. Randy enjoyed spending his time on Point 9 at Lake Jacksonville riding his lawn mower and drinking Natty Light.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at Williamson Funeral Home. A visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the time of services on Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation or American Cancer Society.
