Randy was a retired Master Machinist who enjoyed animals and nature, playing darts and pool with friends, pitching horseshoes and motorcycles.
Randy is survived by his Mother; a daughter, Shannon (Shannon) Hoskins; a son, Shane Spinks; four grandchildren, Shelby (Willie) Bryant, Briana Hoskins,
Rachel Hoskins and Megan Hoskins; a sister, Sheila Stepp and four brothers, Leonard Spinks, Steve (Linda) Spinks, Joe (Tracy) Spinks and Gregg Spinks.
He was preceded in death by his Father and a brother, Shelby Spinks.
Funeral services for Randy will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home in Spencer.
Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Owen County Humane Society.

Sorry to hear of Randy passing. Will always remember his humor and playing cards with him, back in the 70's. Joyce and I send prayers!
