Randy Van Zandt, age 50, of Conroe, Texas, passed away on October 2, 2025. Born in Colorado, Randy lived a life defined by courage, humor, and an unwavering love for those around him.
A proud U.S. Army veteran, Randy served his country honorably as both a sniper and a ranger. His strength and dedication left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Randy brought laughter wherever he went — he had a rare gift for making people forget their troubles and see the lighter side of life. His presence could fill any room with warmth and joy.
He is survived by his four children, his mother and stepfather, two sisters, and a brother, all of whom will cherish his memory and the countless moments they shared together.
A memorial service to celebrate Randy’s life will be held on Friday, October 31, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Northshore Park in The Woodlands, Texas. Family and friends are invited to gather and share stories of a man who truly made the world brighter for those who knew him.
Randy will be deeply missed but forever remembered for his humor, his service, and his heart.
