Rapp was a long time resident of the Brookings Harbor area and along with his music touched the lives of very many people. Rapp and his music will be greatly missed.
There will be a celebration of life Saturday, April 15th at the Harbor Fire Hall from noon to 3 p.m. All are welcome!
