Raquel Olivares Camacho, 53, of Houston, Texas, was born on October 13, 1971, and passed away on March 19, 2025.
Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, March 30, 2025, from 2:00pm to 10:00pm at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds Club Room, 4310 Hwy 36 South, Rosenberg, TX 77471.
Prayer service will begin at 3pm, Balloon Release at 4:30pm, and reception to follow.
Raquel is proceeded in death by father, Gustavo Villareal Olivares; and daughters, Dakota Camacho and Renee Camacho.
Raquel is survived by her husband, Pete Camacho Jr. of 34 years, children, Dillion Camacho, Zachary Camacho, Jerry Camacho, Priscilla Bell, grandchildren, Bethanie Camacho, Betty June Camacho, Julius Camacho, Zachary Camacho Jr., Gary Butler, and Kyondra Bell; mother, Juanita Olivares Kotzer and husband Johnny James Kotzer Sr., brothers, Johnny James Kotzer Jr., Gustavo F. Olivares, Oscar J. Olivares; sisters, Elizabeth Davila Mann, Noemi L. Bondch, Oralia J. Olivares, and Taryna Goodman; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and other loved ones.
Raquel was a free-spirited person who saw the good in everyone who brought warmth, love and comfort to everyone she met. She was called “MOM” by more than just her biological children. She made everyone feel like she was their mom.
She was a wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, friend, an artist, devoted Christian, great cook, and so much more.
She will truly be missed by all that knew her.
