Raquel Herrera Obituary
We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved mother, Raquel Herrera, born in Mexico on May 21, 1954. She passed away peacefully at the age of 72 on February 22, 2026, due to Alzheimer's disease.
Raquel was the cherished daughter of Micaela Quintero and Miguel Sepulveda. She was the loving widow of Atanacio Herrera and a devoted mother to Salvador Sepulveda (wife Ana Maria); Jose Herrera (wife Maria); Vidal Herrera; Maria Elena Paz (husband Jorge); and Roxana Aguilera (husband Carlos).
She was a proud and loving grandmother to Jasmine Herrera, Joselyn Herrera, Oscar Marquez, David Marquez, Raquel Paz, Carlos Aguilera, Max Aguilera, Noel Aguilera, Lisette Sepulveda, Uriel Sepulveda, and Brian Sepulveda.
Raquel will be deeply missed by her beloved friends and family. We will forever cherish her heartwarming smile and laughter, her dancing and singing, her delightful magic tricks, and the beautiful memories she created with all of us.
Funeral services will be open to all friends and family who would like to join us on February 28, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
