He was born on January 2, 1947, in San Salvador He died on February 22, 2024, in San Diego, California Son of Clara Elva Osegueda Funes and José Raúl Guzmán Arévalo, he is survived by 2 siblings; Clarissa and Carlos Guillermo. In his childhood, he was restless like any child of that age. In his youth, he was a great basketball player, swimmer and diver, an excellent chess player, very respected in the circle of chess players and writers, he wrote poetry under the pseudonym of Raúl Alba.
He went backpacking to South America, with Neto Ramírez (El Chele), they reached Ecuador.
Fascinated by assembling and disassembling motorcycles. Rally driver of cars and motorcycles. He fathered 2 children: Martín Raúl Ernesto Guzmán Argueta José Luis Guzmán Argueta 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
