Ravi Lutchman Bharath, late of Flushing Queens, lived life to the fullest until he made his final sunset on February 13th, 2023.
Ravi Bharath was born on May 18th, 1974, to Boysie Bharath and Zalina Hosein in Boon Hospital in Flushing, Queens. He was the third born of four children. Ravi was loving, he made a way into the hearts of anyone he crossed paths with. His charismatic personality was not only infectious but defined who he really was. Ravi grew up in Queens, New York, where his parents were involved with the initiation of the Shiva Mandir in North Corona. During this period is where he met some of the guys, he would eventually call his brothers. In his teen years his family relocated to Florida, where he continued to build his life long bonds. Ravi adored his family and friends and was a master at making and keeping connections. His reach with these relationships crossed states and countries. He was a jetsetter and would jump on an international flight in the blink of an eye for a lime.
Ravi was the younger brother to the beloved Sharmila Bharath, Omatee Thomas and the older brother to Dev Bharath. Ravi loved his siblings and cousins deeply and would often brag about all their adventures, from fete after fete to weddings in Paris. Ravi truly loved creating memories with his friends and family.
In 1996, Ravi's brotherhood expanded with the formation of Trini Mafia. This bond not only strengthened the West Indian culture but uniting multicultural friends and family through multiple genres. From car shows to DJ sets, and so many parties in between, these hustlers had each other's back. Their brotherhood touched many lives from hanging with the boys to being there for each other's children.
Ravi started his own family and was a beloved father to Christopher, Ezra and Zalina. His bond with his children was like no other. He loved creating memories and going on all kinds of adventures with them. From going on Valentine's Day dates with Zalina to jumping on the train and tagging up Wynwood Walls with Ezra. There was nothing that he didn't want them to experience. He loved creating unique experiences. He was definitely an out of the box type of guy.
Ravi is survived by his parents, Boysie Bharath and Zalina Hosein, his siblings Omatee and Dev, his children, Christopher, Ezra and Zalina and his Trini Mafia brothers.
Ravi will forever be loved and his imprint on our hearts, minds and lives will continue every day.
There was no one like Ravi, he was his true authentic self which made him unique and loved by so many - old and new. As he matured in life, he continued to make new bonds and connections and broadened his circle of loved ones.

I have so many fantastic and memorable moments with this fun loving guy. He certainly knows how to enjoy and make the best out of every situation. He really loves to laugh too, as it is clearly evident from his pictures. You will always see him smiling in every picture that you can find of him. Ravi has blessed us with his life, his living, and his presence when he is near us. We will miss his physical being in this life but his memory and spirit will live and last forever in our hearts.
You will be truly missed and remain forever with us.
