Passed away on May 10, 2024 at the age of 85. Preceded in death by his sweetheart of 48 years Loa (nee Gorski), parents Roy and Ruth Bosserman, and best friend since childhood, John Sippy. Loving father to Kelly (Jon) Czerwinski and Jennifer (Larry Toniazzo) Bosserman. Dear grandfather to Alyssa (Garrett) Schey and Jenna Czerwinski. Cherished brother to Karen Fredrick. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Ray was a proud Air Force veteran. After his military service, he was employed by Milsco Manufacturing Company for 37 years. He retired as a tool and die supervisor. He was sweet, kind, patient, loyal and devoted to his family and his church. He enjoyed camping, fishing, golfing, woodworking and feeding his backyard birds. He had dogs all his life AND loved everyone else's too. He spent many hours in his workshop crafting special items for family, friends, and donations to the church craft fair. Favorite pastimes included watching Brewers games and Packers games, car rides to the outskirts of town on a sunny day and sitting outside to watch the world go by.
Memorial visitation at South Milwaukee United Methodist Church (1327 Marshall Ave) on Saturday, May 18th from 2pm to 3pm, with a service at 3pm. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the church or Wisconsin Humane Society are appreciated.
