Ray Enloe Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Haven of Rest Funeral Home, Cemetery, Crematory - Gig Harbor on Feb. 12, 2026.
Ray M. Enloe passed away on January 26, 2026 at the age of 64. He was born in Colfax, WA on May 2, 1961 and raised in St. John, WA. He also spent many years living in Northern California before settling down in Gig Harbor, WA where he spent the last twenty-three years of his life.

Ray had many jobs over the course of his life. He started out farming at an early age, was a Union carpenter and owned his own landscape company, Kitsap Lawn Care, before retiring and working part time at HomeGoods putting together furniture and keeping his coworkers entertained with his wild sense of humor.

He is preceded in death by his father Ernest M. Enloe, mother Marion Enloe, sister Susan Zorb, brother Rick Enloe, and nephew Tyler Pecota.

Ray is survived by his wife of 35 years Terri Enloe, sons Drew Enloe and Taylor Enloe, daughter Hannah Enloe, daughters-in-law Rebekah Enloe and MacKenzie Enloe, grandchildren Ezra Enloe, Jude Enloe, Eleanor Enloe, Noah Enloe, Anastasia Enloe, and another grandson due in March. Ray is also survived by sister Renee Pecota and in-laws Monty Zorb, Marvelea Enloe, and James Pecota. Plus many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Ray had a sense of humor that could light up any room. Often described as a "character" he always had a joke or an absurd saying for any situation. He was a man with a strong work ethic and lived his life to the fullest. Ray loved to hunt, build, farm, and ride motorcycles. He was also passionate about sharing the gospel with his social circles and anyone that might listen.

Philippians 2:10-11 so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
