WILKES-BARRE — Ray Daniel Holmes, Jr., 48, of Wilkes-Barre, died Nov. 27, 2023. A celebration of Ray's Life will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 16, at McLaughlin's, 142 South Washington St., Wilkes-Barre.
