Rayleen Mia Vasquez, 22 of Santa Rosa, NM passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 3, 2024.
Rayleen was born on August 22, 2002 in Anaheim, California to Michael Vasquez and Frankie Tower. Rayleen was raised in Santa Ana, California where she attended school, as well as in New Mexico. Rayleen moved to Santa Rosa on January 8, 2019.
Rayleen worked for McDonald’s and for Popeye’s restaurants in Santa Rosa. Rayleen was a loving mother to her two children. She will be remembered as a hard worker, she loved listening to music, skateboarding and was fond of fashion and makeup. Rayleen loved animals, however her greatest joy and love was her family.
Rayleen is preceded in death by her sister: Jessica Vasquez, great-great grandmother: Mary Jane Lopez, great-grandfather: Liverato Campos, great-grandmother: Lillian Fraser Renteria, Nana: Sharon Robles, Tata: Roger Robles, paternal grandparents: Anacleto and Reyes Vasquez, uncle: Anacleto Vasquez, Jr., cousin: Gilbert Vasquez and great-uncle: Louie Campos.
Rayleen is survived by her children: Xane Michael Lucero and Savannah Jade Lucero, her mother: Frankie Tower, her father: Michael Vasquez, sister: Alex Gutierrez (John Trevino), brother: Michael Vasquez and father of her children: Xavier Lucero. She is also survived by her uncles: Diego Tower (Amanda) and their children: Daniel and Savannah Tower, Joe Herrera (Leslie) and their children: Diego, Mariana, Ilena and Maylene, Israel Gambino (Crystal) and their children: Calista, Calina, Ilijah and Camila, Isac Robles and his child: Scarlette Robles, Aunt Rosa Vasquez ( Juan) and their children: Erica, Liza and Crystal Vasquez, Uncle Marcial Vasquez (Irene) and their children: Tina and Jasmine Vasquez, Uncle Harvey Vasquez (Rosa) and their children: Harvey, Jr., Hector, Danny and Anthony, Aunt Teresa Vasquez and her children: Angie, Veronica, Denise and Little Joe Vasquez, Aunt Mary Vasquez, Uncle Nonnie Vasquez, great-Aunt: Debra Campos, great-Uncles: Robert Campos and Richard Campos (Sandra) and their children: Monique and Choni, cousins: Cheyenne and Louis Campos, and best friends: Jojo Gonzales and Summer Romero, as well as numerous cousins and friends.
Viewing for family and friends will take place on Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 10AM - 4PM at Chavez Funeral Home, Santa Rosa, NM.
