Raymond L. Beaudry, age 78, a longtime resident of Hudson, NH, passed away at Lowell General Hospital on Friday, November 28, 2025 surrounded by family. He was the beloved husband of the late Barbara (Saad) Beaudry.
Raymond was born in Lowell on June 13, 1947 and was a son of the late Eugene S. and Rita (Geoffroy) Beaudry.
He attended Lowell Trade School and became a licensed electrician.
Prior to his retirement, Raymond was the owner and operator of Town Line Laundry in Lowell. He also owned and operated Quick Stop Variety in Lowell for many years. He was a past member of the Lowell Elks Lodge 87.
In his free time, Raymond enjoyed yard work, planting in his garden, building model cars, doing odd jobs around the house, and cleaning & organizing. Raymond enjoyed attending church and appreciated Father Leonard and the spiritual guidance he provided for the congregation. Raymond's most cherished time was anytime spent with his wife and family.
Raymond is survived by his brother; Gerard Beaudry and his wife Darlene of Londonderry, NH; his beloved goddaughters Deborah Grant of Goffstown, NH and Darlene Tarsa of Lowell MA. Raymond is survived by his brother in-law Thomas Saad and his wife Evelyn of Windham NH; and Joseph Husson of Nashua NH. Raymond has many beloved nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.
He was the loving father of James "Jimmy" Beaudry who passed away in 2009. He was also the brother of the late Eugene Beaudry, Jr. and his wife Ursula Beaudry and sister Theresa Orr and brother-in-law David E. Orr. He is also predeceased by, sister in-law MaryAnn & Charlie Zaharias of Pelham NH; sister in-law Joan Husson of Nashua, NH.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 from 5-7pm at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Ave., DRACUT. His Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 10am at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, 44 Bowers St., LOWELL. Interment in Westlawn Cemetery, LOWELL.
