Haddock – Raymond "Larry" Haddock, Sr., age 81, of Hilliard, Florida passed away on June 15, 2022. He was born on December 19, 1940, in Fernandina Beach, Florida to Raymond William Haddock and Cassie Harper Haddock. Larry lived a simple life and was loved by all of those around him. He was a man of few words but his presence filled a room with love, joy, and home. Larry loved the outdoors. One of his favorite pastimes was saltwater fishing. Anyone who knew Larry knew he loved to feed and watch the turkeys and wild deer. Larry was a loving man who you could always depend on. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Larry is preceded in death by his parents; son, Joey Haagenson.
Larry leaves behind is loving wife, Frances Haddock; sons, Raymond "Ray" Haddock, James Calhoun, Michael Haagenson; daughter, Tina (Chuck) Gasson; grandchildren, Jessica, Jestina, Sage, Chase; great-grandchildren, Haley, Liam, Walker; sister Suzanne (Charles) Edwards; many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Larry's Life will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Nassau Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Brickyard Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Monday, June 20, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
