Mike - How are you doing? Just thought I'd send a little snippet. Kind of spooky that it's been almost a year since your Dad passed. I'm sure your thoughts are really with him at this time. I am kind of feeling your sorrow. A very good and close friend of mine died of breast cancer that spread to her bones. I'm so glad I had the chance to see her only weeks before she left for her other life. Another friend went with me (we were always together). I gave her a picture of the 3 of us and she had it put up among the flowers by the casket. When we went to see her we took pictures of the three of again. It was so wonderful and felt so good. My brother has been diagnosed with terminal lung cancer which has now spread to his other lung and esophagus. The chemo and radiation so far are keeping it a bay....he's my youngest brother and he shouldn't be the one to go first....just shows God doesn't consider age when he wants to bring someone home.
Stay in touch...it's always good to keep in touch with someone from the "old" family. So far Lorraine is the only one I've heard from and I saw Bill Metzger and his wife eating dinner a Bennigan's.

Mike- How are you and your family? I think of you often. I lost a good frien last year and it was so nice to have this site to stay in contact and keep track of her condition...I am very glad I got to see her a few weeks before she passed. I now and experiencing somewhat you did with you Dad, my youngest brother has terminal lung cancer (he was diagnosed last September). He had his left lung removed and had plenty of chemo and radiation. The cancer has now spread to his right lung and esophagus. He has been give his chances of survival which are all over the board. He looks fine and is still active. I pray the doctors are totally wrong and that the chemo works to keep him with us. He is the youngest in the family and it's just not right that he would be the first to go. We are all being very positive.....miracles do happen.
Please contact me sometime when you are bored and let me know how your life is going and any interesting facts going on around Kraft. The only person I've heard from is Lorraine.
God be with you..........Cheryl

Dear Mike, Steve and Missy,
I am so sorry to hear about your dad's passing. Whenever I was back in St. Paul, even after my mom died, I'd stop by and say hi to him. (Although it's been awhile)
Both of your parents were very special people and I have many wonderful memories of having them (and all of you) as neighbors growing up.
I send love and hugs across the many miles to comfort you at this time.

I'm sorry to hear about Ray passing and you have my deepest condolences. I was just up in the Cities this past weekend for my Mom's 90th birthday. I wish i could turn around and go back to help you celebrate the life of Ray.
