Dear Liddy and Family. Our heartfelt sympathy and sorrow are with you and family over the lost of Raymond. He will always be missed and loved and he was like a loving brother to us. Our families have been in each other lives for over 45 years and he was such a big part of it all. Raymond was a wonderful, loving and dedicated husband, father, grandad and friend. He loved his family and was always there to support them in anyway possible. Raymond was such a shining star in so many lives and we are grateful that he was a part of ours. May God bless Liddy and this family and may you have peace just knowing that Raymond is now with God surrounded by His loving arms. With deepest condolences. Love you, Corless, Hamm, Billy and Family

Wanda and I send our deepest sympathies to you and your family. Although I did not know Raymond well, I felt I did because of the many stories you and I shared about our families during our years working together at FSA. May you find comfort in and cherish the many memories that you and Raymond have shared throughout the years. We pray you find peace and comfort in the days and weeks ahead.
Warmest regards,
Greg and Wanda

Lydia,
We were saddened to hear about Raymond. Lots of good memories and fun all of us have had in the past. You and Raymond were always so generous with entertaining our group. Remember the great time we had in Palm Springs and that story about the pool. That story is still told to this day with much laughter. Raymond was a person who believed very much in the job he did in supporting EEO & CR. We will never forget Raymond and his smile and sense of humor. Lydia, big hugs to you my friend, we mourn your loss with you and wish you much comfort during this difficult time.
Signed

We are so sorry to hear about the passing of our good friend Ray - as we always called him. All of us- Ray, Lydia have been friends for years-,like USDA friends. May the Lord bless the family during this grieving period and put angels all around Ray. We loved you Ray- but you knew that already. Blessings,
Pauline and Freddy Williams

Raymond will always be remembered for the hospitality and friendship he offered to a young kid and complete stranger (me) who was beginning his career at the USDA, some 24 years ago. Though years have passed since I last communicated with him, my fondest memories on the job continue to be the brotherhood that he brought me into, as part of the "Lunch Bunch." And it is safe to say that feeling will never change. I don't know how I would have coped with those early years without the laughter and joy that he provided to me (and all of us) on a daily basis. My deepest condolences to Lydia and the rest of his family and friends. May God be with you all.
