SOUTH BEND - Raymond F. Lemon II, 52, of South Bend, passed away on Sunday June 14, 2015 at West Bend Nursing Home, South Bend. He was born on October 5, 1962, in Bloomington, IL, to James Lemon, Sr. and Patricia McGuire. On November 21, 1987 he married Cheryl Stone, who survives. Also surviving are his children, Raymond (Katie) Lemon III and Ashley Lemon, both of South Bend; his father, James Lemon, Sr. of Grasonville, MD; two sisters, Melody Heintzelman of South Bend and Vicky Byrne of FL; and a brother, James Lemon, Jr. of South Bend. He was preceded in death by his mother in 2013. Ray enjoyed golfing, playing pool and poker. He was a United States Veteran. A memorial visitation will be held from 2 to 6 pm Friday June 19, 2015, at the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, South Bend.
