Raymond "Jerry" Ouellette, 81, of Windham, NH, resident for 55 years, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at St Elizabeth's Hospital, while surrounded by his loving family.

Born on January 21, 1944, in Scranton, PA, to the late Dr. Raymond and Doris (Dixon) Ouellette. He attended Bordontown Military Institute for High School. Jerry earned numerous degrees, including a Masters in Electronic Engineering from University of Lowell. He took great pride in his service to the U.S. Coast Guard. He was stationed on the Icebreaker, "EastWind".

Following the service, he began a 42-year career at Raytheon in Andover, MA. His job took him on travels all over the world.

Jerry is predeceased by his two brothers Alan and Bill Ouellette. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Judy and his sister Pam Daigneault (Werner). He had 3 wonderful sons, Christopher (Amy), Kevin and Kenneth (Shalynn). Jerry was also a proud Grampy to 5 beautiful granddaughters (Eowyn, Istra, Kaylee, Kylie and Kennedy).

Jerry will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 10am-12pm, at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH. A funeral service will then immediately follow, beginning at 12pm, at the funeral home. Interment will take place at the Cemetery on the Plains, 5 Cobbetts Pond Road, Windham, NH.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Parent Project MD.
