Raymond Dean Plain, a father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on May 9, 2025, at the age of 74. He is survived by his loving sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Sonny Prinzo; son, Ryan Plain; daughter, Jolyn (Brian) Maynard; and grandchildren, Carson and Bradley. Raymond also leaves behind his nieces, Jenny (Jeremy) Lincoln and Jessie (Matt) Labadie; great-niece, Aly; and great-nephews, Logan, Charlie, and Max. Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Phyllis Jean Plain. Raymond lived a life full of joy and passion. He had a deep love for golf and cherished every moment spent scuba diving, biking and spending time with his family and friends. His warm heart and generous spirit touched the lives of many. Special people in Raymond's life included friends Gary (Karen) Osowski, Larry (Julie) Phelps, Charlie (Connie) Curell and Aunt Phyllis Baldwin, who held a special place in his heart. Raymond's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. The family will receive visitors from 10-11 AM on Thursday, May15, 2025, at Avram Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Senior Services at Midland County. Donations can be made online at Donate to Senior Services of Midland County or call 989-633-3700.
