Ray Potthoff of Wentzville passed away August 18, 2024, at the age of 63 after his 3.5-year battle of stage 4 colon cancer. Born June 22, 1961, in Hazelwood, MO. Son of Raymond Potthoff, Sr. and the late Mary (Whalen) Potthoff. Ray was in the bricklayer's union for 22+ years and then was inspired to own Rookies Bar & Grill of Wentzville for the past 20 years. Ray was known for his remarkable work ethic that was truly unmatched. Ray was also known as an avid sports fan, loving his golf league and treasuring his family and friends.
Ray was the beloved husband of Kim (Barton) Potthoff. Survived by his sons Andrew, Nathan (Kelly), Joseph and daughter Meghan. Loved dearly by his granddaughter Ada. Brother to Shawn (Stacy), Greg and sister Dawn.
Ray will be missed by many.
