Raymond Sheeley Obituary
Ray is preceded in death by father, Raymond Sheeley, Sr.; mother, Alice Mae Eck; wife, Peggy Darlene Sheeley; daughter, Cindy Taylor; and granddaughter, Danielle Swafford.
He is survived by daughters, Mitzi Whitworth and Tammy (Champ) Barber; grandchildren, Megan Whitworth, Caleb Whitworth, Daniel (Liz) Barber, Justin Barber, and Thomas (Anna) Taylor; great grandchildren, Mikayla Whitworth, Alex Whitworth, Jema Barber, Landon Taylor, and Madison Taylor.
Ray was a man of few words but immense love, was our hero and guide. He taught us honesty, compassion, and the value of always learning. His presence was a constant source of wisdom and unwavering support, making us better people. He is survived by his children, grandkids, and extended family. We'll forever carry his lessons and love.
A gathering to celebrate the life of Ray will be held on Sunday, January 4, 2026 at Partlow Funeral Chapel from 1 p.m.-3 p.m.
