Berneda Jean "Bunny" Baker

Berneda Jean "Bunny" Baker, of London, Kentucky, was born on February 16, 1958, in Laurel County, Kentucky. She was the cherished daughter of the late Ernest Fee and Leoris Jones Gardner.

Bunny was united in marriage to her loving husband, Terry "Birdy" Baker, who survives. She was a devoted mother to her two daughters, Terra Baker of London and Torie Hampton and husband Daniel of East Bernstadt, Kentucky. She was also a proud and loving grandmother to Kolton Hampton and Karaline Hampton, who brought great joy to her life.

In addition to her husband and daughters, she is survived by eight siblings: Markeeta Hyde and husband Orie, Robbie Pennington and wifeTammy, Marsha Herzog and husband Paul, and Paula Thompson and husband Terry, all of London; Carolyn Dawn Gardner of Lexington, Kentucky; Maria Buzzard and husband Bobby of Centerville, Ohio; Wendy Nichols and husband Jeff of Lebanon, Tennessee; and Amy Griffin of New Palestine, Indiana. She is also survived by her stepmother, Jean Fee of Greenfield, Indiana, along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will deeply mourn her passing.

Berneda Jean "Bunny" Baker departed this life on Friday, February 27, 2026, at the age of 68 years and 11 days. Her memory will be treasured by all who knew and loved her.

The funeral service for Bunny Baker will be conducted at 12 noon Wednesday in the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with Cam Hyde and Craig Singleton officiating. Burial will follow in Swiss Colony Cemetery in London.

The family will receive friends beginning at 6 pm Tuesday at Bowling Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Corey Hyde, Brice Pennington, Jacob Mosley, Caleb Mosley, Grant Buzzard, Anthony Thompson and Kolton Hampton.
