Reba N. Dickson was born in Wales Alaska on September 1, 1935 to Louis and Adele Tungwenuk. She passed away June 1, 2024 in Anchorage. She passed away June 1st, 2024 in Anchorage.
In September of 1955 she married Charles Dickson in Nome. Reba held positions in many fields over the years, including health care and retain, before retiring from Norton Sound Regional Hospital.
Reba was a member of United Methodist Church who will be remembered by her family and many friends as a social butterfly who was always kind, loving and giving of herself. She was truly beautiful inside and out
Reba will be laid to rest in the Nome Cemetery.
Reba was preceded in death by her husband Charles Dickson and son Robert Dickson. She was survived by her children Shirley Mocan, Tina (Jon) Henderson, Charles (Annie) Dickson II and Jerry (Vicki) Dickson, 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
There will be a public visitation and funeral service on Wednesday June 12, 2024 beginning at 11am at Evergreen Memorial Chapel 737 E Street Anchorage. A Celebration of Life potluck will be held following the service from 3-7pm at the Arctic Rec Center 4855 Arctic Blvd, Anchorage. There will be an additional service June 14 at 2 pm in Nome at the United Methodist Church followed by burial at the Nome Cemetery where Reba will be laid to rest. Following the burial there will be coffee, tea and refreshments at the church
