Phyllis C. Dickson

Phyllis C. Dickson, of Cherry Hill, NJ, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2026, at the age of 93, in Prescott, Arizona. She was born on May 9, 1932, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Phyllis was the devoted and loving wife of the late Joseph A. Dickson, with whom she shared 52 years of marriage. Together, they were true partners in life and in business, working side by side in the insurance industry for many years. She was a cherished and loving mother to Marie Lynn Bartock, Margaret Ann Vitale, and Catherine Phyllis Sanders, and to her beloved daughter Patricia Ann Godwin, who preceded her in death. She is also survived by her sons-in-law, Steven Bartock and Raymond Vitale. Phyllis was a proud grandmother to nine grandchildren and a loving great-grandmother to thirteen great-grandchildren.

Deeply involved in her community, Phyllis proudly served as past President of the Cherry Hill Women's Republican Club. She was an avid reader who could often be found with a book in hand and had a lifelong love of travel. Alongside Joe, she explored the country and the world, creating a lifetime of cherished memories. Phyllis was the matriarch of her family and will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and thoughtfulness. She was a beautiful, intelligent, and gracious woman whose love and strength touched all who knew her. She will be remembered always and forever in our hearts.

Relatives and friends may greet the family on Sunday, February 15, 2026, from 6:00–8:00 PM, at the Schetter Funeral Home, 304 West Marlton Pike, Cherry Hill, NJ.

A Catholic Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter's Catholic Church, at 43 West Maple Avenue Merchantville, New Jersey, on Monday, February 16, 2026, at 10:00 A.M.

A private interment service will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Calvary Cemetery, 2398 W. Marlton Pike, Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
