Gerald W. Ellis

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Gerald W. Ellis, who peacefully passed away on December 20, 2025, at the age of 70. Born on January 20, 1955, in Philadelphia, PA. Gerald was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother who

dedicated his life to his family and friends. Gerald was predeceased by his parents, Kathleen and John Ellis, and is survived by his

wife, Melissa Ellis, and their four children: Jerry, Nicole, Sherilee, and Kristopher. He was a proud grandfather to Nicholas, Desirae, Layna, and Tyler, whose lives he touched deeply. Gerald is also survived by his sister, Donna Marie, who held a special place in his heart. A man of immense strength, Gerald was known for his strong work ethic, always dedicated

to providing for his family and his deep sense of loyalty.

Rest in peace, Gerald. Your legacy of hard work, love, and passion will forever be

remembered. You will be deeply missed, but always in our hearts

A Mass will be held in his honor on Monday, February 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Christ Our

Light Church, 402 Kings Hwy N, Cherry Hill Township, NJ 08034. All are welcome to attend

and celebrate his life.
