Rebecca Maude Dean, 69, of Red Bank, passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2025.

Born on December 7, 1955, Rebecca was the beloved daughter of Billy Kyle Dean and Billie McBee Dean. A 1973 graduate of Red Bank High School, she remained a lifelong resident of the area and an active member of her community.

Rebecca was a devoted member of Northside Presbyterian Church, where she sang in the choir and shared her beautiful voice with the congregation. Her love of the arts extended to the Chattanooga Theatre, where she was a passionate and talented presence, both on stage and behind the scenes.

Professionally, Rebecca found great fulfillment in her career as a paralegal with the Department of Justice. Her work was marked by integrity, dedication, and a strong sense of purpose.

Known for her deep love of cats and her strong bonds with her family, Rebecca was especially devoted to her nieces and nephews, who brought her immense joy. She will be remembered for her warmth, her musical gifts, and her unwavering commitment to those she loved.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents, Billy Kyle and Billie McBee Dean.

Survivors include her sister, Kara Dean; her brothers, Paul Dean (Jenette) and Steve Dean (Lori Ann); as well as several cherished nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a local animal shelter or Chattanooga Theatre.
