Rebecca Long Evatt, 98, of Marietta, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2025. Funeral Services will be held on Monday 11:00am at Covenant Presbyterian Church, with Pastor Don Esa officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:00 – 11:00am on Monday prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow the service in the Kennesaw Memorial Park.

Rebecca was a member of the Covenant Presbyterian Church and attended Cobb County Senior Center.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Melton Evatt, Sr.; daughter, Carole Brigman and grandsons Brian Simpkins and Allen Evatt. She is survived by son, Paul M (Dianne) Evatt, Jr. daughter, Patti (John) Long; grandchildren, Indya Miller, Amber Richey, Paul M Evatt, III, Daniel P. Evatt and Rhett McLemore; great grandchildren, Ali Queen, Micah Richey, Matthew Richey, Hannah Evatt, Tanner Evatt, Tate Miller and Tera Godfrey; great great grandchildren, Lilly Landa, Hudson Godfrey, Ellie Godfrey and Alivia Flores.

Flowers are accepted, but you may make a donation to Covenant Presbyterian Church in memory of Rebecca Evatt.
