Rebecca Ann Goodison, 61, of Middlebury, passed away at 11:30 am, on Saturday, November 23, at Majestic Care of Goshen. She was born on January 7, 1963, in Coaldale, WV, to Kenneth and Phyllis (Riggs) Miller. On September 4, 1985, in West Palm Beach, FL, she married Dale Eugene Goodison, Sr. Surviving are two children, Geneva (Sergio) Avila of Goshen and Dale Goodison of Goshen; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and daughter, Trish Goodison. Rebecaa worked at Alpha Systems in Elkhart for 26 years as a machine operator. In her free time she enjoyed visiting the beach, laying out in the sun, and listening to music. Her grandchildren brought her an abundance of joy! Rebecca was always happy and loved making new friends. Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon on Saturday, December 7, at Miller-Stewart Funeral Home, 1003 South Main Street, Middlebury. A memorial service will immediately follow visitation beginning at 12:00 noon also at the funeral home. Services will be conducted by Pastor Malaki Stewart. Memorial contributions may be made to Miller-Stewart Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
