Rebecca Joy Healey-Jacobson, 68, of Bridgeport, passed away August 23, 2025. Rebecca was born in Syracuse, New York on March 26, 1957 to the late George Healey and Christine Ingerson. Rebecca worked for many years at BG Sulze.
In her free time, she loved visiting the beach. She was the state and district president of the VFW and MOCA.
Rebecca was an avid painter and loved line dancing. She loved to paint lighthouses.
She is survived by her husband, David Jacobson; son, Ronald Haley; grandchildren, Gabriel and Savanah Haley, Sophia and Domonique Brown, Seth Schaffer, Mekayla Schaffer, Grayson Schaffer.
A celebration of life will take place Saturday, 1-4PM, at the VFW, 105 Maxwell Ave, North Syracuse, NY. VFW honors to take place at 2PM.
