Rebecca Louise was born February 13, 1960, in Charles City, IA to John and Patricia (Shafer) Hinders. She lived with her family in Clemons before moving to a nursing home as a child due to disabilities. Rebecca enjoyed having fun with the staff at the nursing home and could be very strong willed and stubborn at times. She had a love for music and her favorite song was "King of the Road".
Rebecca will be missed by her mother, Pat (Kent) Cross, her brothers and their families; Ron, Randy, Rick (Tracy), Russ, and Roy (Tammy). She was preceded in death by her father, John, and her brother, Raymond.
