Rebecca S. "Becky" Morel

Rebecca Sirbaugh Morel, "Becky", 73, of Winchester, VA, passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior, November 16, 2025 at Blue Ridge Care.

She was born February 16. 1952, in Winchester, VA; daughter of the late, Melvin Anderson and Frances Elaine Bobo Sirbaugh. She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.

Becky married Paul Anthony Morel, September 19, 2009 in Winchester.

Along with her husband, she is survived by her daughters, Jessica Sirbaugh Young of Waynesboro, VA and Kathryn Rebekah Owens (Kevin Young) of Winchester and five grandchildren, Alexander Boyd Peery, Jeremy Todd Owens, Findlay Rhys Owens, Rebekah Elaine Owens and McKinley Charles Jarrell.

A funeral service will be held Monday, November 24, 2025 at 1:30 pm at Jones Funeral Home with Father Vacarro officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior, from 12:30 – 1:30 pm. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Winchester.
