Rebecca Nance Obituary
Becky was born in Greensboro, NC on August 10, 1947, to the late Garland Wright and Rebecca Lillie Gourley Wright. In addition to her parents, her husband Milton Nance (2007); infant son, Darrell Wayne Nance; brother, Gerald "Butch" Wright all preceded her in death.
A woman of deep faith, Becky loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Her family takes comfort in knowing she is now rejoicing in heaven.
Becky was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a cherished sister. She had a warm heart and a gift for conversation, always taking time to connect with everyone she met. Her kindness, laughter, and love touched many lives. Becky will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Becky is survived by her son, Scott Nance of Greensboro; sister, Judy Allred (Carl) of Archdale.
A Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at Lakeview Memorial Garden at 3600 O'Henry Blvd. in Greensboro. Family will speak to friends following the service.
