Rebecca Faye Schoenlaub, 75, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2026.

Becky was born to the late Sue (VanZant), and Cecil Pickett in Edmonton, KY. She retired as a teacher's assistant with JCPS and was a member of First Church of the Nazarene.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband of 41 years, Lloyd Schoenlaub, Jr.

Becky is survived by her sons, Jason Schoenlaub (Darlene), and Travis Schoenlaub; sister, Vela Freestone (Gary); brother, Thomas Pickett (Betty), and grandchildren, Emily Allen (Dawson), Allison Schoenlaub, and Madison Schoenlaub.

Her funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at First Church of the Nazarene, 3503 Blanton Lane, with entombment at Resthaven Memorial Park.

Visitation will be from 12:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
