Reesie was born to Reece and Jewel Grimes. She graduated from Kaufman High School at the age of 16. Reesie was a member of First Baptist Church of Kaufman.
Preceding her in death are her parents, and three children Danny, Terry and Judy.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Jerry and Donna Traughber, Lisa and David Dunlap and son-in-law Randy Cisman of Arizona.
Reesie was Nana to multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Reesie donated her body to UT Southwestern Medical School.
A celebration of life is scheduled for April 26, 2025 by her family. In lieu of flowers please donate to St. Jude’s's Children's Research.
Reesie will be dearly missed.
